We’ll be travelling through time from the 1920’s to present day looking at the fashion, the architecture, history, art and music. From the great Gatsby to the Summer of Love we’ll be reminiscing shared stories throughout focussing on discussion and nostalgia.

Did you know only 5% of the ocean has been explored? We’ll be discovering what is currently going on in the ocean for example the big ocean clean up, new species being discovered as well as lost treasures found embedded at the bottom of the ocean throughout time. We’ll be focussing on different marine life, plants and colours found in the ocean through arts and crafts, discussion and discovery.

This month we’ll be focussing on the meaning of Charity. November is nationally the month used to promote Diabetes awareness, Mouth Cancer awareness, Lung Cancer awareness and celebrates Tree Week. November is also commonly referred to as “Movember” which raises awareness of prostate & testicular cancer. Our residents will be focusing on the importance of awareness throughout the month.
