We currently have the following vacancies:
- Senior Care Assistants
Hours: 36 or 42 hours per week
Shift patterns involved: 8am – 2pm, 2pm – 8pm and 8pm – 8am (to provide care 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year)
Rate of Pay: £14.62 per hour
Employment requirements: Fully registered online DBS, minimum NVQ 3, minimum one year’s care experience in the UK.
Duties & Responsibilities: To run and organise the day-to-day shift responsibilities, to dispense residents’ medication, to liaise with medical professionals such as GP’s and DN’s. To assist fellow staff with all aspects of personal care including feeding. Complete regular checks on residents. To complete all mandatory paperwork regarding residents.
- Full Time Care Assistants
Hours: 36 or 42 hours per week
Shift patterns involved: 8am – 2pm, 2pm – 8pm, 8am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am (to provide care 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year)
Rate of Pay: From £12.51 per hour rising to £13.01 per hour on successful completion of your probationary period.
Employment requirements: Fully registered online DBS will be required.
Duties & Responsibilities: To assist residents with all aspects of personal care including to rise, wash and dress. To assist with toileting, bathing and feeding. To assist with minor domestic duties such as washing, ironing and cleaning. Complete regular checks on residents. To complete all mandatory paperwork regarding residents.
- Kitchen Assistant
Hours: 28 hours per week (Four days on, four days off)
Shift patterns involved: 7am – 2pm,
Rate of Pay: £12.51 per hour
Employment requirements: Fully registered online DBS will be required.
Duties & Responsibilities: To assist with the washing up, drying up and keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy on a daily basis such as cleaning out the fridges and freezers, mopping floors, emptying bins etc. To assist serving our service users their breakfasts and undertaking the drinks rounds throughout the day. You will also be involved in food preparation as required by the chefs and to lay the dining tables ready for all service users meals.
